Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive with one year of experience to join our team. This role involves supporting the HR department in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of HR practices and be eager to grow their skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Assist in job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening.
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback.
    • Conduct reference checks and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Prepare and update job descriptions as needed.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and concerns.
    • Assist in organizing team-building activities and other employee engagement programs.
    • Support in resolving employee issues and providing timely assistance.
  3. HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
    • Manage documentation such as employment contracts, agreements, and policies.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
  4. Performance Management Support:
    • Assist in tracking employee performance reviews and maintaining relevant records.
    • Support managers in scheduling and conducting performance evaluations.
  5. Payroll & Benefits Assistance:
    • Coordinate with the finance department to provide necessary information for payroll.
    • Assist employees with benefits-related queries and enrollment processes.
  6. Learning & Development:
    • Identify training needs and support the arrangement of learning sessions and workshops.
    • Coordinate with external trainers and keep records of employee training and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in an HR role.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws, recruitment, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
